We enjoyed our first dining experience at Flying Fish after a matinee at the ACT. We found the menu items quite eclectic and a nice variety from which to choose. We sat on the balcony which was fun to see the activity of the kitchen from that viewpoint. Our waiter, Alan, gave his recommendation on two fish items, both which sounded delicious. Our selection was the Tarahiki (sp) which was absolutely wonderful. We also selected one dessert to share, which too was excellent. I will return soon to this fine cuisine.
